Difference from our old model N-Male Clamp connector (before 2018): 2 pins provided (see pictures). One for solid core cables and the other one for all 10-11 mm stranded core cables to adapt to all types of 10-11 mm cable and in particular Ultraflex10 or Ecoflex10 (whose central conductor is larger than traditional cables).
• Gold plated centre pin (X2) and Teflon (PTFE) insulation. Internal ring (gland) in silicon.
• Ground contact by Sherlock system: The most convenient, fast and effective Mounting (see photos on our mounting instructions documentation).
• This connector has two washers. The second, placed before the screw part, is important because it prevents the silicone compression sleeve from twisting during tightening. Many connectors on the market do not.
