Delivery
I - Timing of despatch and delivery
Parcels are normally despatched by DX AVENUE within 48 hours of cleared payment. Cost of despatch covers parcelling, handling and postal charges. At the time of ordering, several means of despatch are offered to you (as well as their tariffs, including taxes). They vary automatically depending on their weight and their intended destination (France, DOM-TOM, European Union, other countries).
Delivery within France : 
• Delivery is normally in 48 hours.
Delivery outside France :
• Dom Tom: delivery in 5 to7 days
• Zone 1 European Union and Switzerland: delivery in 2 to 4 days
• Other European countries: delivery in 4 to 6 days
• Countries outside Europe: delivery in 8 to 10 days
II - Status of your order
You can check on the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tab "My Account" on the DXAVENUE.COM website. There are three main steps:
1. Handling of your payment
The status of your payment is indicated by "payment accepted", "refused" or "waiting" (if you wish to pay by bank cheque or bank transfer).
2. Preparation of your order
The status of your order is indicated by "in course of preparation"
3. The despatch of your order and the time en route
The status of your order is indicated by “in course of delivery”. Depending on the mode of despatch chosen, you will have a tracking number available which will also be sent to you by e-mail, and you can track your parcel in real time.
III - Notice
• We suggest you group all your purchases into one single order. We cannot group together two separate orders already made, and so you would have to pay the cost of transport for each one.
• To have your order delivered to a separate address, it is sufficient to specify a different delivery address from your invoice address at the time of ordering.
• If you live in France, and more particularly in the South West we also offer the opportunity to collect your goods in Dordogne (24) at the registered office of DX Avenue. It is sufficient to make an appointment and you would not have any transport costs to pay.
